«I came to EDCAP while pursuing PSLF but struggled with the form process. My loans were stuck with a non-PSLF servicer and, once transferred to MOHELA, my PSLF Certification forms weren’t processed correctly. One of my loans had an incorrect payment count, requiring 11 extra months of payments. EDCAP intervened with the FSA Ombudsman and got the count corrected. In November 2024, my entire balance was forgiven, and I’m due a $2,000 refund.»
